Bex

Bex (they/them) joined the North Helpline team in February 2026 as the Volunteer Coordinator. Originally from the East Coast, they come from a medical background, having worked for over half a decade in hospital laboratories across the country. During the pandemic, they earned their Master of Public Health degree with the goal of moving towards more community-based health and wellness program support.

In 2026, Bex was brought on as the Volunteer Coordinator for a local City Council campaign where they discovered their passion for creating thriving, connected, and expansive volunteer programs that are grounded in shared values and mutual respect. They are excited to bring their experience (and sense of humor) to the North Helpline team!

In their free time, Bex enjoys hot yoga, the exclusive 2-person book club they are in with their dad, and snuggling with their two perfect fur babies who can do no wrong!
